I was having a problem putting in the air filter, and without making me feel stupid, I was shown the easy way to do it. And he also helped me understand the need to change the filter so often.

We called Marco one morning because our air-conditioning quit working. Mike, our regular service technician, was out that afternoon troubleshooting. Two hours and exhaustive efforts tracing down the problem, he finally found a small wire with worn-through insulation that was causing the short. Wire replaced; problem fixed. We've been with Marco for 9 years. They provide top-notch service at a reasonable price. We have no intention of switching to another company.

I made a call to Marco Heating and A/C for my annual service in October and was able to get scheduled for November. Michael the technician called me to confirm his appointment and I mentioned I was away and wouldn't return for about an hour. He said no problem see you then. He was prompt and very experienced. I would certainly recommend the com[pany and Michael too others - in fact I have!

The service that Marco performed today was very helpful. The tech provide me with valuable information, and helped me with my problem. Thank you for a job very well done. Mike as always done an excellent job in performing his work. He's still the only tech that comes and removes his shoes without asking, and I thank for being so curious. It's nice that I have the same person perform the duties at my house, it's almost like having your own special person.Thank you

My experience with Marco was fantastic, Jimmy was great. I was provided with all options regarding replace or repair and it was explained in terms I could understand (Layman's terms). I decided to replace the defective areas. I highly recommend Marco for your central air needs.

We had warranty issue with our 2 year old Carrier HVAC system and called Marco. When we called the receptionist quickly scheduled a tech for the next day. The tech came out on time and determined that the expansion valve was the culprit but it had to be ordered from Carrier. Carrier took a while to get the part to Marco so we were out for 7 days.

Our Unit was leaking water, so I called as soon as we noticed. Mike from Marco, called within the window of time and was at our house within a few minutes. Was able to quickly assess the issue (clog) and got the unit back up and running within 1/2 hr! Much appreciated the level of service!

The first technician who arrived a few years ago was VERY informative and customer-friendly, went above my expectations! I'm not sure what happened to him ever since; the last service was ok, but the technician requested me to remove the water that dripped in the pan with towels, which was very difficult for my bad knees; I removed as much water as possible, but left the rest, hoping that it will eventually evaporate; I stated to him the previous technician used a water removal machine when the older unit leaked, and I didnt get a response; other than the last service, I am satisfied with the services I received previously; the next time my unit leaks water into the pan, I will make sure to inform the office of my condition, but technicians need to consider being prepared for physically challenged customers

I woke up Sunday morning to my AC blowing warm air, I called Marco Around 930 by 1030. The technician arrived and had the problem fixed within 15 minutes. That is the same kind of service I have been getting from Marco heating and air for over 15 years. I highly recommend them for prompt service at a fair price.

I am grateful for the excellent customer service provided on this past Sat July 26 2025. We are experiencing a massive heat wave in Jacksonville Fl. I called Marco Sat evening around 7p because my thermostat would not go below 78 indicating some type of drainage issue. The technician had me up and running by 951pm sat evening. Thank you Marco for giving excellent service during out heat wave.

Marco Air always calls before showing up and they always show up when they say they will. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a coil cleaning and did a fantastic job.

Technicians were on time, courteous, clean, professional, and even went the extra mile throwing in a new AC filter. We couldn’t be happier with Marco air and it’s employees, thoroughness, and just plain nice. Highly recommend. See you next time.

They came out for an A/C Emergency same day about a two hours wait they kept in contact when they were on there way and in no time the A/C was back on with no problem.

AC Service

Mark and his trainee did a great job with the PM service. They also installed a hard start kit that I had while they were here for no extra charge. I'm getting a backup generator and now the ac should start up with the generator no problem

Just purchased house A/C went out, when I called for service Marco's was very helpful not only did the guy come out and repair A/C that same day. They called to check on how it everything was going, I couldn't ask for better customer service

Best customer service ever

I had the best customer service ever since I've been in Jacksonville for 15 years I called and first spoke with Ashley she asked me to do a few things to see if that would work, when it didn't she got on the phone check to see where a technician was when he could come over and check. He was over within an hour he did his work within less than an hour and everything was great very good company I would recommend to everyone.
