Misty, Mike and John are the best when you're in a dire and dangerous situation. Upon arrival to my newer home, I found my interior temp had risen to 88 degrees and I started to feel weak. I reached out to them, and Misty sprang into action getting me the AC help needed to fix this problem. Few AC repair companies will come out this quickly, but these people did and prevented a bad situation from turning worse. I cannot thank them enough. Put simply, They are compassionate, responsive, reliable, efficient and friendly. Great job everyone and thank you again.Sincerely,Donald J. Weiss

Andi was a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. The appointment was for warranty work but I will be using Marco Air & Heat for my mini split unit in my sun room. I appreciated his recommendation and wish he was coming back to my home to install it. This company is punctual and reliable. I will give another review after my next project.Andi is definitely an asset to the business.

Our home in ceiling LED light had to be replaced. Marco scheduled and came out in a day and installed a new fixture. What a relief as the LED is back on and working seamless. Thank you for sustained superior service.

Marco HVAC and Electric have been a company we have turned to for the past 20+ years. They are super responsive and recently our son's AC went out due to a power surge during a storm. He was out of town at the time and my wife was at the house to feed his pets when she noticed the temp inside. It was a Sunday evening when we called Marco, we got a return call from an on-call technician (Mike) who arrived at the house 20 minutes later. He waited patiently for the rainstorm to subside and then within a few minutes found the problem, repaired it, and had the AC system running again.We love Marco from their office staff, the technicians, and the owners. I recommend them to friends and family alike.

I made a call to Marco Heating and A/C for service since the A/C was not working. Erica answered the phone in the morning and I mention our unit on the outside of our house was humming and the fan was not turning. She said she would contact a technician and get back to me. Mike, the technician, called me and I relayed the same info to him and he said he would stop by. When he stopped by he stated we needed a fan motor and he also observed that our disconnect had one of the blades broken and stuck inside. He said he would order it and in two days he returned and completed the job. I've used this company since 2015 and have never been disappointed, They're thorough, reliable and very pleasant personable technicians and office staff.

Marco Air always calls before showing up and they always show up when they say they will. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a coil cleaning and did a fantastic job.

They came out for an A/C Emergency same day about a two hours wait they kept in contact when they were on there way and in no time the A/C was back on with no problem.

AC Service

Mark and his trainee did a great job with the PM service. They also installed a hard start kit that I had while they were here for no extra charge. I'm getting a backup generator and now the ac should start up with the generator no problem

Just purchased house A/C went out, when I called for service Marco's was very helpful not only did the guy come out and repair A/C that same day. They called to check on how it everything was going, I couldn't ask for better customer service

Best customer service ever

I had the best customer service ever since I've been in Jacksonville for 15 years I called and first spoke with Ashley she asked me to do a few things to see if that would work, when it didn't she got on the phone check to see where a technician was when he could come over and check. He was over within an hour he did his work within less than an hour and everything was great very good company I would recommend to everyone.
