Mike was phenomenal! He arrived earlier than expected on a Sunday, identified the issue, returned the next morning with the part & provided exceptional service! HOWEVER, I had to remove one star because the female receptionist that answers the phone number is the most unprofessional, rude, non-personable, person to have ever been in this position. This is my second time I had to contact Marco’s services and both times she provided the absolute worst customer service possible. Her attitude alone will keep leaving a sour taste in customers mouth.

Our A/C went out at 2am July 3rd..holiday weekend! We called at 8am, spoke with the answering service. Rep called, walked us through cleaning the drain, didn't resolve the issue. He was at the house by noon. We did have a resistor out, replaced and cool air!!! Yes holiday weekend, rate higher than usual but gotta do it when heat reaches 'feels like 110'.. fast service and personable!! Thank you 😊

Service tech solved our problem. He managed to knock down the humidity in the house was registering 58 humidity at 72 degrees at least but he cleaned, tinkered and its been reading 44-47 humidity.

Service arrived exactly on schedule. Replaced the capacitor in the outside unit, vacuumed out the drain, and cleaned up everything before leaving. And the price for full service, including parts, was extremely reasonable. VERY SATISFIED!

We worked with Marco heating & Air Conditioning to replace our old AC. From the quote to final install to them registering the new units was a very simple process. Very freindly staff, easy to schedule. Install crew called with ETA, install was great and verified everthing was installed and cleaned up at the end. Very happy with our new HVAC system.

Called to have our air conditioner checked to see why it was so loud. Andy came out, immediately figured out the problem inside the house, fixed the problem and also changed the filter, flushed it and clean the outside line. Andy is very professional and does a great job!

Mark was our technician. Our a/c was not cooling. He arrived within a couple of hours after calling for service. Mark diagnosed the issue, explained what was happening and corrected the problem quickly. Our a/c was back on within the hour. We appreciated him correcting the issue and not trying to sell us another product. We have been very pleased with the service from Marco’s.

He called 20 minutes out.Completed the inspection in a few minutes and vacuumed vent outside.Completed in 15 minutes. Gave me his analysis of my system, answered my questions, I signed for the work and he was finished. On time, quick review.Great work.

I called, scheduled an appointment, and the technician showed up right on time. He worked his magic, and just 31 minutes later, VOILA! The AC was up and running.Mike was respectful of my home, took the time to explain what he was doing, and offered helpful recommendations on how to better care for my unit. Marco Air always calls before showing up and they always show up when they say they will. Mike was friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a coil cleaning and did a fantastic job.

Technicians were on time, courteous, clean, professional, and even went the extra mile throwing in a new AC filter. We couldn’t be happier with Marco air and it’s employees, thoroughness, and just plain nice. Highly recommend. See you next time.

They came out for an A/C Emergency same day about a two hours wait they kept in contact when they were on there way and in no time the A/C was back on with no problem.

AC Service

Mark and his trainee did a great job with the PM service. They also installed a hard start kit that I had while they were here for no extra charge. I'm getting a backup generator and now the ac should start up with the generator no problem

Just purchased house A/C went out, when I called for service Marco's was very helpful not only did the guy come out and repair A/C that same day. They called to check on how it everything was going, I couldn't ask for better customer service

Best customer service ever

I had the best customer service ever since I've been in Jacksonville for 15 years I called and first spoke with Ashley she asked me to do a few things to see if that would work, when it didn't she got on the phone check to see where a technician was when he could come over and check. He was over within an hour he did his work within less than an hour and everything was great very good company I would recommend to everyone.
